HEELER is sold by Ortholott.
Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor and VAT (moms?) is 25%.
If you are under 18 you must have parental permission to get an order with us.
THE WEBSITE
Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis and Ortholott reserves the right to withdraw or amend the services without prior notice. Ortholott will not be responsible in case this website is unavailable at any time or period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRANSFER OF RISK
Once we receive your order a confirmation e-mail wil be sent. If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible.
You become the owner of the goods you have ordered when adequate payment is received and the goods have been deliverd to you. Once the goods have been delivered to you the responsibility for their loss or destruction is yours.
Ortholott reserves the right to refuse a purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
The shipping cost is 39 SEK within the Nordic region. Normal delivery from Ortholott is 7 working days after your order has been packed. The order is sent directly to the delivery address or delivery point. From there a text message will be sent to the mobile number provided when placing the order on our website, to bring when you pick up your package at the local post office.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Sometimes the item you ordered is not in stock and is backordered. This occurs when the product is not in stock or the delivery is delayed. If this happens an email will be sent to you within 5 days. Contact us if you wish to cancel your back-order or if you have any questions about delivery times etc. Ortholott reserves the right to end the sale and storage of our suppliers, as well as for the possible price errors that may occur.
Ortholott is liable for goods that are damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. If this occurs, the customer is responsible for contacting Ortholott cusomer service within a reasonable time (maximum 14 days). If goods are damaged or lost when returning to Ortholott, customer is responsible for payment.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If the package is left uncollected at the delivery point the buyer will be charged with a fee of 149 SEK. The fee covers the costs of processing the package, shipping return etc. Payment terms are 30 days. In case of late payment there is a reminder fee of 50 SEK and a possible interest and collection charge (Jag hade svårt att översätta dröjesmålsränta och inkasso). If you regret your order after the package has been handled and shipped, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up, it will automatically be registered as non collected and charged accordingly.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Website (and all relationships without a contract, which may arise from or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with substantive Swedish law. Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions.
Shipping cost is 39 SEK within the Nordic region. Normal delivery from Ortholott is 10 working days after your order has been packed.
For packages that are not picked up will be charged a fee for uncollected packages at 149 SEK. This represents the costs that it caused us to send out the package and received it in return.
We reserve the right to end the sale and the storage, and for any price errors that may occur.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We at Ortholott obviously want you to be happy with your item. You have money back guarantee for 14 days, which is in accordance with the statutory cancellation period. The only requirement is that the item will be returned in original condition ie that it is not used, and that the attached document regarding your order will be sent back along with heeler.
